It’s not unusual for new and prospective clients to be pleasantly surprised when learning how reasonable our pricing is. Rather than billing on an hourly basis, we charge project fees based on your budget and the scope and scale of your needs—affordably and within budget.
When clients are considering investing in larger, complex projects, we make the process easier by modeling solutions for their consideration for a small fraction of our quoted total project cost. In this manner, our clients benefit by being able to make informed decisions without committing more funds than necessary. Then, should they opt to proceed, our modest initial charge is deducted from the quoted total cost of finalizing and implementing the project.
Rather than maintaining a full time staff and reflecting unnecessary overhead in our fees, we contain costs by working as lean as possible–dedicating only the time, expertise and resources that your work requires.
Complementing our in-house design, illustration, writing, production and research, we draw on our reservoir of hand picked talent including coders, photographers, videographers and other specialists. With more than 100 years of combined experience in digital design and production, our core team is continually staying abreast of advancing technologies.
Process & Workflow
It all begins in conversation, learning about your entity and its aspirations, challenges and goals—whether that entity is an individual, business, nonprofit or some other type of organization. Then we submit an itemized, project fee-based proposal for your review. Work flow specifics are outlined in every Proposal and vary depending on the type, scope and scale of each engagement.
Typically, an initial payment is due upon commencement, with subsequent payments tied to completion milestones over the course of your project and balance due upon completion. Flexible terms are available.
